Terms and Conditions

Payment:
For all bookings, you are expected to transfer the full amount to the bank account provided.

Arrival and Departure:
Unless stated in the booking confirmation, guests are expected to check in anytime after 2:00 PM. On the day of departure, guests must check out by 12:00 PM, unless otherwise arranged.

Accessibility:
Due to a shortage of resources, we deeply apologise for our inaccessibility for people with imparities or limited mobility. However, at the time of booking, feel free to contact the reception, if any arrangements can be made or compromised for. In the near future, we hope to grow and provide for all. Your understanding is deeply appreciated.

Cancellation:
In an event of cancellation, we would require a notice seven days prior to the date of booking. We would refund the full amount lest any transaction fees incurred. If cancellations occur within the seven days to the booked date, no refunds will be made. However, we will try our best to offer an alternate day of stay.


Data:
All data collected during the course of your booking remains highly confidential and will not be shared with any third party. However, it will be stored in our database for reference. With your permission, we would love to email you exciting promotions and offers.


Damages and Breakages:
You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages which any member of your party cause to the accommodation or its contents. Please report it at the time of occurrence otherwise additional charges will be applied. An invoice will be sent to you, for repair or making of goods if the damage or breakage is significant.
We reserve the right to charge the guest for the damages that have been caused.

Non-availability:
If in the unfortunate case of unavailability of rooms, we will try our best to offer alternate accommodations. However, if not possible we will only be able to extend our liability to offering you a refund.

Liability
We do not accept liability for injury, loss, or damage of any of your possessions or members of your party unless proven to be caused by a negligent act on our behalf.
